Scared out of mind (Pietro/open)

akachi sat at the corner of an alley, she held some files close to her that she was supposed to steal. she didn't want to steal, but she had no choice. She sat there at midnight not really wanting to go home. Keeping the files on her lap, she looked at the ground hugging her knees. Dressed in a black skirt and a red tank top. Throwing the files into the trash.

Pietro emerged from the darkness of the alley after seeing Akachi's pink hair. He went over and sat next to her. "Hey," he started in a gentle voice, "Haven'tseenyouaroundlately. Ithoughtweweresupposedtotraintogether." He refered to the 'punishment' she gave him a bit ago.

Akachi looked up at pietro and then looked back at the ground. "I can't. I am not allowed to go home." She was looking forward to their training, but she didn't know what to do. "I'm sorry. I was so looking forward to learning how to fight without using my powers." Turning her blood red eyes to him, she held back to tears that wanted to fall. "Maybe when I'm allowed back."

Pietro frowned and wrapped his arm around her shoulder, "Wellwhathappened?" He hadn't been in the Brotherhood House during any events that would lead to this, so he felt oddly out of the loop.

"This is the first time I haven't seen you with an energy drink in your hands." akachi didn't really want to answer, but knew she had to as she lifted her head from her knees. "lost my freedom again, same old same old. HEre I thought america was made for the free. but it was made to cause nothing but pain." Akachi replied instead of fully answering. Looking at Pietro's hand, she wasn't bothered by it right now. "Why are you out a midnight anyway?" she asked sadly putting her head on his side.

"Onetoomanyenergydrinksearlier," Pietro said, answering her question. He grimaced, "Hmm, guessIreallyneedtostartwatchingyoumoreifIexpecttokeepmypromises." He couldn't believe he'd failed again. Everytime he turns his back, it seemed, more was taken from her. He stroked her head, and told her, "Iwillgetbackyourfreedom. AnyonewhotriestostopmefromdoingsowillfacethewrathofmeonfifteenRedBulls."

Akachi laughed at the redbull comment. It made her a little happier that at least some people still wanted her in the brotherhood. "you're too kind sometimes Pietro." She poked the side of his torso trying to tickle him. She was still sad, but she felt it didn't mean that Pietro had to be upset about anytthing that happened to her. "Well one things for sure. with everything I did I can't go back to Japan. No family after all." She remembered all the blood that was spilt.

Pietro chuckled at her attempt to tickle him, but grew serious with what she said next, "Heynow, you'llalwayshaveafamilywhereeveryougo. Knowthatwhereeveryoumayflee, Iamalwaysafewminutesawayatmostifyouneedorwantme."

Akachi took a moment to understand what he meant, they were something she hadn't heard lately. Rubbing the side of her head, it still hurt a little from falling in the constuction area. Turning to Pietro she never really ever saw him with a serious face. "Good. I'll call you next time I need you." akachi gave him a one arm hug like she would do her brother.

Pietro returned the one arm hug with a gentle smile, "I'llbereadywheneveryoudo." It still pained him inside to think that she would probably be running again soon, but he tried to focus on what he was going to do to fix things. Whoever tried to screw up the Brotherhood or whatever was going to get it.

Akachi smiled and let go of him. Stretching her legs a little. Thinking about it, she didn't really want Pietro or Damian going back to the house at all. "Listen Pie-chan, careful around Dimitri. If you have a dark secret you don't want people to know about. He'll use it. I don't want you stuck in the same thing I am. Bad enough I was covered in blood in japan." She said sadly not realizing that she said it. She covered her mouth. "Thank you pie-chan. and I'll be there to protect you as well when you need me. though I can't fight, I can sure pack a wallop with my chains." She was going to try and keep her promise to protect the brotherhood.

Pietro was about to reassure her that he would be carefull before h the blood thing sunk in. He swallowed cautiously, "Thatwasn't...yourownblood, wasit?" He didn't even stop to think of whether or not she would be here now if it was, but all he felt that instant was a wave of protectivness come over him.

"No I snapped when my family threatened to kill Dam-sama and the brotherhood to lock me up. I kill every single one of them and the people in the building. So it was the cause of me never able to go back to japan though." Akachi told him. she knew that this might not pan out, her eyes saw that his face was a little worried. She forced the memory at the back of her mind as the tears started to form. she didn't want to cry she was sort of tired of it. "I did such a bad thing Pie-chan...all cause I snapped."
